Brings the lstk CLI reference up to date with the v0.22.1 release. The docs were last synced at v0.19.0 (#830), so this catches up the full v0.20.0..v0.22.1 backlog.

Files in scope (no shared lstk components exist, so each page carries its own reference content):

• snapshot versions subcommand and version-pinned pod:<name>:<version> refs on load/show (with the note that save/remove/versions/s3:// reject a version suffix).
• Container-runtime discovery — documented DOCKER_CONTEXT and Rancher Desktop / Podman / Lima detection alongside the resolution order.
